How I did it: Had a good realtor that kept looking for the kind of home I was looking for, not just what there was to sell. Finally the right one came along, and I patiently made my way through the escrow process. No point getting too anxious, but it would have been nice if there had been more transparency, i.e. I knew where things stood. But overall not too painful. Read how I did it…

How I did it: The director asked if I would be interested, with part of the show turned over to me to actually direct, with his help. Of course everything went great once we picked out the perfect cast. There wasn't much work to do. Give them a few ideas and let them take off with them. Then make sure they don't forget... And go ahead and try things out. Some work, some don't, but a lot of times you can't tell until you see it. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I've been taking these classes for a couple of years from UC Riverside Extension. The classes have been fun and educational. The classes were held on weekends out in various environments in Southern California. I also got to spend several of these weekends at Zzyzx. Which puts me in a special group of people.
