Eat and exercise so i lose 1.5 pounds or more each week (read all 3 entries…)
I need to do what it takes and get back on track....

Last Sunday (14 Aug.) I was at 110.1 kilos or 242.73 pounds. To hit my goal this week of losing 1.5 pounds, I have to be at 241.23 pounds or 109.4 kilos on Sunday the 20th (next).

Today, I am at 110.9, UP by .8 kilos (1.76 pounds) for the week! ONLY 3 more days to go… ;)

I’ve been MAKING BAD CHOICES. My girlfriend is out of the country and I’ve been eating M&M’s, Jelly Beans, Ice Cream cones (6 last night!) – all the things I don’t eat while she is around and HELPING ME GREATLY to stay on track.

I’ve learned that I need to make healthy choices for myself and will RECOMMIT TODAY to getting back on track, doing what it takes, and hitting this and future goals for weight loss.

Hope I can hit the goal this week, but IF NOT, I’ll learn from it and apply the learning to all future weeks, ie. what I can do better, what not to do, etc. Valuable data either way.
