I think I have reached an important milestone in my effort to quit smoking. I don’t get urges anymore and I’m doing pretty good on the psychological front too. So, I have decided to stop writing these daily entries. I’ll write only when something important comes up like an anniversary or whenever I have any problems keeping up with this goal.

I’m not saying I’ve completed this goal; far from it. It’s just that I won’t be writing here so often. I wish all of you the best of luck in fighting this monster. Take care ya’all!!!
