How I did it: I had a new roommate move it. He suggested we clean up the place. 11 hours later, our place was so clean. We cleaned up the mess in the hall, our individual rooms, the kitchen.. How I did it: I bought a bottle to carry around. You would be surprised how much more water you will consume if it was just around you. It's a task that is not important enough, in most people's mind, to walk to the water cooler or the refrigerator. But if it's right next to you. How I did it: It took me this long because I started to procrastinate this. I tried for a couple of days then just stopped trying.I have done this in a gym setting and that helped. Took my body composition again today. I have reduced from 23.4% body fat to 20.9%. Though I have gained weight overall it still means that the gain is because of lean mass gain and I have gotten in better shape.
Targe is 12.5% body fat.
Visited Whitewater WI to go hang gliding. The experience was a lot of fun and the town was fairly picturesque.
