Instead of flossing just at night, i started flossing after lunch. Its just too easy for me to skip it and go to bed. Where skipping this is much harder.

Im getting really excited. Definitely in the best shape of my life. I can see my muscle fibers through my skin…sexy? I think its kind of gross…
The race is right around the corner. According to this I only ave 51 days to get ready. My training is going well, but its a long, crazy hard-core race. 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run…ahhh! What the hell am i doing?
