I’ve decided to officially start today, Oct.11. There are many reasons why I want to do this but bottom line, I want to do this for me. I think it’s important to remember all the benefits that I’d get out of doing this and staying on it. No matter how hard dieting or exercising may seem, I should remind myself, that the end product would be worth it.



excersise regularly
My plan --> 1 year ago

- I want to exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. – 1 hr.
- Focus more on cardio (jumping rope, bike, etc.)

Hopefully, one day in the near future. I’d get to this. Art is an expression of self, so I believe that as long as my work reflects my passion then it’s good. I know that not everyone may like it, but as long as it means something to me and I love it then it’s great.

First step – I should start thinking of a theme that I love. That I know I can produce good work with.
