Doing rather badly I’m afraid. No change. It used to be a lot easier to lose weight but now it takes longer and longer. I must be getting old. Sh*t, I actually need to put some effort into this! Well I quit drinking Coca-Cola, stopped with the Vanilla Lattes and am now doing yoga which makes me feel like I should live more healthily so that’s good. Still to do: more veggies, more exercise, LESS SUGAR! Also good for the teeth.

Okay, I’m not totally cc-free but I have cut down a lot and that feels good. Of course I still get my sugar and cafeine fix from other things but hey, this goal is achieved! Huzzah!
