But I don’t really count the last time because I used a guard (the lowest setting), and so it wasn’t officially bald. So this time I am going to shave it clean and smooth. At the moment, I have a bump (I think it’s a bug bite) on the back of my head so I’m waiting for it to go away before I shave.

This helps with the social anxiety
Part of the problem with my social anxiety is that I have a hard time conversing with others. I wish I was more outgoing, but more importantly I wish I was more comfortable when talking. So, I figure that if I practice becoming a better conversationalist, and learn what/how to say things, I’ll become more relaxed.
Almost there!

I only have one more therapy session left, and I’m already off of Lexapro. Feeling great and no longer a slave to fear. Just need to push myself a little bit more (practice taking the bus around the neighborhood and then for long distances).
