go on a spiritual retreat
I can't think of a witty title... 18 months ago

I just recently went on a retreat with the hindu guru Amma in Puyallup, and it was really great. No matter what your creed is, really consider going on one. Even if you don’t have some epiphany, its still amazingly fun and totally worth doing.



Put a message in a bottle and throw it out to sea
Technically I threw into Puget Sound but.. 18 months ago

I did this as part of an art installation. I wrote 50 letters, but them in bottles, painted them, and hid them all over the city. I also posted an e-mail address so they could write back if they want. It was nice to get the responses, and people seemed happy to find them.
