How I did it: When I got on the airplane and sat in my seat, I was petrified. My fear was to be sick in the plane, and no be able to adapt the pressure. I am also a little affraid of highs by the way.As the plane started to take off, my hands were damp and I was freaking out. Once stabilized in the sky, I could feel my head a little dizzy from the pressure, but I soon got used to it and I felt completely normal. Read how I did it…

I must say I’m still hesitating about studying to be a chef. Most people coming out of culinary schools end up working in small restaurants or even fast food, instead of fancy cuisine restaurants (at least here). You gotta be really good.
