I already have a referral from my dentist for an X-Ray as well as pricing for orthodontic braces. It wasn’t as expensive as I would have thought. Average time before they are removed is around two and a half years.

Got a gym membership around October last year but I only started my sessions April this year.
First few months I was a bit lazy and would only go once a week (and on some weeks would even skip working out). It was only in the last three months that I managed to at work out for at least twice a week.
I am planning to get serious with getting fit and am thinking of getting Creatine supplements to go with my workouts. I’m also trying to put in running sessions twice or thrice a week to complement my strength training (around a nearby park not the treadmill!).
Just updated my LinkedIn account last week.

I got a new job in a new city and updated my CV – so I thought, why not update my LinkedIn account also.
