I’m on the morning of my 7th day of juice fasting. So far, I’ve lost 5.5 lbs. I’m worried its not coming off faster, because on a juice fast you should loose 1 lb a day. And I’ve been walking a lot- yesterday i walked around for 4 hours… But I feel really good so I’m still happy I’m doing it. Today or tomorrow might be my last day, but I really would like to make it through 10 days at least. My original goal was 20 days, but I think my body is going to want to eat soon…. I have really started to notice things about my body and how it feels so that is another benefit of fasting I suppose. Anyways, its starting to warm up here and I know its motivating me because the warm weather means summers coming and that is sundress and swimsuit time! Good luck to everyone today!
