I’ve been doing core strengthening (well, just the plank exercise – like a push up, but with your hands together, supporting yourself with your abs), and also just trying to consciously suck my gut in and stand up straight. So far, it seems to be working! At least, it’s gotten easier.



quit caffeine

I’m on a caffeine taper: black tea Monday and Tuesday, today I switched to green tea, gonna do green tea again tomorrow, and hopefully go off altogether on Friday!



make my lunches in advance each week

Did it this week on Sunday…it made my morning really easy, and made it easy to stay on my diet and resist free food!
