This past weekend I felt so disgusted by all the unhealthy food I ate and all the alcohol I drank. I need to detox and purify my body so I am going on a 48 hr fast to get this detox started. I started at Monday morning at 7am and it will officially be over on Wednesday at 7am. I only plan on drinking water and taking multi-vitamins, it is my hope that by the end of this fast I will feel cleansed and healthy.

How I did it: I recently was on a cruise and they just so happened to offer a wine tasting class, so I jumped at the opportunity to learn more about the art of drinking wine! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a regular spiral notebook and made a point in writing in it when ever I got the chance. I would set it next to my bed so I could make an entry at the end of the day or when ever I had something on my mind and felt as though I needed to vent. It took me almost 1.5 years to completely fill up my journal from front to back, occasionally I would miss a day here or there, but that is not a big deal. I am just so happy … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I looked up online for a sushi rolling class that would be offered in my area. I found one that didn't look to expensive and I signed up! It was that easy!!! It is just a matter of doing it. The only thing stopping you from learning how to make killer sushi and impress your friends and family with your skills is yourself! Read how I did it…
See all "How I Did It" stories...
I have been wanting to do this for a while, I even recorded a few dreams I had in my journal. When I went back and re-read my entry it was very interesting, but that was about it… I failed to see any significance in the symbols and associations. I am not giving up on this goal quite yet, what I need to do is set up a journal right next to my bed and immediately document anything I can remember the second I wake up. I find that if I wait and try to record it later from memory, I rarely if ever have any clue what I dreamed about. I am going to make it my goal to record my dreams for a solid week, then two, up to a month and call it good. That will be my end point for this goal.
Wish me luck in having vivid cool ass dreams worth writing about.
I was unable to read all of the books on my summers reading list!!! Better luck next year, I think I was a little bit ambitious with my list. I was able to complete 3 of the books I wanted to and start another 2. I am thinking next year I will try to complete one book a month from May-August.
Until NEXT Year
