How I did it: I applied to a position and prepared myself for the interview. I got the job! (10 days after I applied) - Getting the job was the easiest part - getting to be a good professor is different (maybe because of my lack of experience). It will get better I am sure! Read how I did it…

Since I am still doing my PhD I want to start as a college professor. If I like the experience I plan to become a researcher and a professor at well known university in my home country. I just decided that for a first experience I should start in a small college.
