Was all set to go with our frequent flier miles, but British now wants $550 per person for a free ticket, which doesn’t include their fuel surcharge. WTF? Can’t afford to take 5 people at that price. Maybe in another year or two. Or as part of a much longer experience. It’ll happen someday!
Patience is hard for me. I’m eager to live now, but realities and responsibilities get prioritized higher than flights of fancy. However, I read about others living large and fully participating in life and I get inspired. So for now, I’m aspiring to living large, to throwing caution to the wind, to really following the dreams, to no longer being afraid of what will happen if I do.
I’ll be down in Cupertino tomorrow, but enjoy the beer! Carrick and I will have to meet some other time. :(
