My first day

Well since I recently had a knee injury, I figured the best way to get myself into shape was to walk around my ever growing neighborhood. I got up this morning at 7 am, attended to my personal hygeine, and set out for a walk that took me an hour and a half to complete. I looked down at my pedometer and saw that I had trakked 1500 steps. I kept a steady pace and felt great after a nice stretch and warm shower. I am looking forward to doing this many more times.
