I’ve been weighing myself nearly daily in the mornings after I go to the bathroom, naked. I’m down 12.4 lbs from my dr’s visit on 26-Jan-2012. That’s almost a pound a day of scale weight. Measured my bodyfat last night at it was about at 30%, so that’s down 3% in less than 2 weeks! Hopefully by Saturday, 2 days, when I do pics, measurements, weighs that it’ll be more than that.
Been only working out 3 days/week with HIIT workouts that last 41 min. Last week I did no walking. This week going to walk at least 2 times, if not 3 times for at least 45 min each time.
Been eating a lot of fibrous veggies and leafy greens, plenty of protein and yummy foods. I can’t believe my weight is actually down tonight as I pigged out last night on 2 bowls of New England Clam Chowder (homemade) and lots of Italian meatballs (homemade). Those dishes were so rich, but totally grain & starch free, no sugar.
I love that I can eat tons of veggies (non-starchy types) either raw or cooked.
My kids commented that they can see I’m releasing weight and getting smaller. Last night was the only night in the past 2 weeks that I ate until full. Sometimes I’m even a little hungry afterwards after eating, but I just wait and the feeling passes.
My foods are so delicious that it doesn’t even seem like I’m on any eating plan or diet. It’s actually not a diet per se, as it’s just a changed way of eating by grain & starch elimination and keeping low in sugar.
My daughter’s tummy is getting smaller and in less than 2 weeks. It’ll be interesting to see where we are by the time summer comes. It would be a miracle and so cool if both she and I could wear bikinis in public (at the pool).
I haven’t worn a bikini in public since I was like 5 yrs old, when it was cute to have a little belly. It’s sorta weird, but I truly believe I’ll be able to see my abs sometime soon, this year, by this summer sometime.
So very grateful for my best male friend for photoshopping my face onto some women whose bodies I think mine can look like when I get down to 15%. They have nice muscular legs and nice arms, feminine muscles.
And, I’m no longer worried whether I’ll be able to afford clothes or not as I know that I can go to Goodwill on Thursday’s, $1 days, and get plenty of clothes for practically nothing, as I get down to sizes I don’t have – 10, 8, 6. And, I look forward to one day soon, this year, giving away all my size 16, 14, 12 clothes when they no longer fit me because they are too big.
I have never lost weight or bodyfat THIS fast in such a short amount of time without fasting and doing some ridiculous juicing thing. I eat REAL foods that I get to chew, enjoy every single bite. It is soooo very cool.
Praise God!!! Hallelujah! God is soooo good.
