How I did it: I stopped eating dairy. That's it. They are putting out some new courses that look really interesting and I really have to make this a priority.
I think I need to break a lot of my daily goals down into mini goals… maybe even put them on 43 Things!... I never feel like I’m making progress. When I first started using 43T I would update everyday with everything and it made me so proud and accomplished. Not getting lost in everyday life. I need to get back to that. I need to realize that loose ends are just goals in progress.
