I’ve gone through some healthy recipes and will be cooking for myself for the next month and deciding which recipes I like most so I can put them together in one place. Hopefully finding more healthy recipes that are simple and taste good will help me to stick to eating well.

It’s worth doing if long hair works for you and is what you want. I had short hair most of the time as a kid and a lot of the time it looked terrible on me. I grew my hair out, especially starting in high school, and it now goes all the way down my back. I think that medium length is my favorite on me though, so I’m going to cut some of it off. I need to at least trim the ends to keep it healthy. I definitely liked growing it out.
I’ve been doing better about this. I got depressed in the middle of the summer after some family trouble, so I stopped a lot of my good habits for awhile, but I’m getting back into the swing of things. My only problem is when I come back late, or stay up too late and am exhausted and don’t bother to take the time to do it. I just need to push myself a bit harder. Or maybe I will just start brushing and flossing right after I eat rather than waiting until later.
