Yeah! I’ve found a place of my own!
It’s in Rotterdam, it’s a big city. I don’t really have a good reason to be there. Not a particulair goal.
But still I’m very excited ánd scared at the same time.
I’m moving out and I’m freaking out ;)
It’s a big change for me. There seems to be a lot of change.

How I did it: I used eastern ink and glasspaint. I love to work with glass paint because it gives beautiful transparent colors. Also not did I just copy a bit of his artwork. I also improvised some of my own in it. I followed my feelings, my gut. Which really works the best for me. After that I glued it against some wood so it would be flat and come out right. I did this with paint medium. I can advise this because that way you can make sure the painti… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I picked out a good blanco big book. And just started with the little things. It doesn't have to be mind altering. No it could be something like a beautiful whissle you hear on the street. The compliment your collegue gave you. Things like that. The page will be full before you know it. If not.. that's ok too. It will learn you to be honest with yourself. It will give you a look of the things you really love in life. The things that make … Read how I did it…
How I did it: Before I went into this Vegetarian month I gathered a lot of information about it. I asked myself:How can I get enough proteine, iron and vitamine B12 from other ( plantbased) sources? There is a lot of information to find about it on the internet!Sometimes I bought some meat replacers. Sometimes I combined beanes with grains. Sometimes I added quinoa to my meal ( contains good quality, whole protein ) Most of the times I cooked with fres… Read how I did it…

I can not hold on to it!
I feel this strange hunger even if I’m just done eating.
I bet it is “toxic hunger”. I just need to get through 1 week 100%.
Everytime I just end up snacking peanut butter because that seems to be one of the few things I can snack on.
Last night I had cheese, chocolat and crackers.
It’s also quite the challenge on social occasions.
My family and friends think eating unhealthy is part of having a good time together. Need to find a solution for that.
Today I’ve made a very nutritious soup.
It’s got spinach in it, kale, carrots, lentils, garlic.
Good stuff!
I’m going to try a new strategy : the emergency soup strategy.
I’ll make some different very nutritious soups and freeze it in.
If I’m almost falling of the ETL wagon..
I’ll grab an emergency soup and hópe the craving for crappy food will fade away. I’ll let you know if that works.
I’m not always up for spending a lot of time in the kitchen and making a lot of effort for the healthy meals.. so I need to find a way to keep it simple.
Right now I’m living in my parents house and they’ve got loads of empty calorie foods everywhere.Let’s just say this is quite a challenge for me! Starting to wonder if it’s realistic to do this thing for completely 100%.. right now I can not even get it done 70%
Anyone got some tips for me?
Did one big box together with my social worker.
What a task!
But we’re making prrrogresssss
She joked we should have some champagne when we’re done.
( maybe we should ;) )
Now there’s only one big box left.
Feels so surreal that there is only 1 box unsorted left.
I’m not used to the fact soon I’ve got nothing to sort out anymore. My whole life there was always something( correction: a lot!) I postponed.
I hope I’ll get used to the fact there will be nothing I have left to sort out soon. Atleast it is something very possitive to get used to. Now I’ll have to figure out how I can kéép it this way.
But first things first: one box left.
