How I did it: I drink lots of water. I eat a high amount of raw fruits and dark leafy green juice. Green juice will have all the nutrients you need - which will make you feel amazing. Add fruit so it will taste good. I get at least 8 hours sleep. And avoid drugs. I don't eat sugar or dairy of wheat.
