completed. doesn’t hurt any less, but at least I am doing them a bit faster. i think it might have a bit more to do with cardio than anything else.
this weekend will be a challenge. going out of town for a funeral and will need to make time for it.
got threw day 5 and it keeps getting harder. i have even tried to start pacing myself better, won’t let myself do more than one set of 10. still around 70-80, it just gets ugly. tried to do some basic lifting afterwards and i could dumbbell press 25 pounds twice after.
ugh…
i think the hardest part of this task is really the dedication behind it. if you lie down long enough, eventually you can do 100 situps. since these are the first 2 days when I had work, i was happy that i didn’t have any problems “making time”.
as for the situps, at some point they have to get easier… don’t they?
