Last night I only got maybe 4 hours of sleep. I laid down at 2am and didn’t get to sleep till well after 4. My brain just wont shut down. I think I’ve gotten less than 20 hours of sleep in the past 4 days and I’m so exhausted! Good grief I need sleep SO BAD!

There’s a woman at work who gets on everyone’s nerves and everyone really doesn’t like her, including me a bit. Today someone made her cry and I really felt bad for her so I gave her a hug. About a half hour later she came up to me and told me that the hug I gave her turned her mood around because she didn’t think that anyone here cared. I guess I did care that she was crying. I’m getting there at least.
This is harder than I thought. I’ve caught myself slouching more times than I can count today, it’s sad. I really, REALLY need to work on this. My Grammie, mom, & two aunts were all diagnosed with osteoperosis. I really need to drink more milk and start taking calcium suppliments too. I’m 30, I can’t waste any more time fartin around.
