Yay.. 1 more day. I decided to end on Day 37, because I need to get my body back to normal by Sunday. I went to the supermarket and bought a bunch of veggies for the soup I’m supposed to make. I purchased baby bella mushrooms, spinach, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cans of tomatoes, and tomato paste. What kind of fucking soup can I create with this? OMG, I’m probably going to make a barf-like soup and kill myself trying to drink this crap. I would much rather make a salad with the veggies. :(
I also purchased some dried cannellini beans and garbanzo beans. I think my crap soup will have some cannellini beans to give it substance, and with the garbanzo beans I’m going to make hummus. I’ve never rehydrated beans before, so that will be a challenge. ::sigh:: Why can’t life be easy? Ooh.. I also bought marinated fresh mozzarella and olives~! I can’t wait to munch on that on Saturday.
I think I’m going to low-carb and calorie restrict after this cleanse. No more chips, and I’ll keep my calorie count at 600-800. No one needs 2000 calories to live. I’ve survived over 30 days on ~600 calories, and I’m fine. My hair has stopped falling out, my nails grow super fast, and my skin is awesome.
I need to study and make it an early night.
