How I did it: I have been going to Pilates for many years. I try to apply the principles when I am at work. As I work in a library I am doing a lot of computer work. Sometimes I do roll downs from the wall or stretch my arms behind my back. I also do lunges sometimes . Nobody at work seems to mind and I tell them I am trying to prevent Repetitive strain injuries Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have a garden out the back. I don't spend much time with it but my 30 year old niece is growing a vegetable garden. We use lemons in cooking and thought it would be good to have a lemon tree in the backyard. I bought a tree from the garden shop. I then took it outside and dug a hole. I then put the tree in it and then watered it. Read how I did it…

My friend has asked me to be bridesmaid. really want to lose weight so I look extra special on the day. Went on the treadmill today and hooked up with Wii fit. My little figure on Wii went fat when I stepped on the box.
