How I did it: I have been going to Pilates for many years. I try to apply the principles when I am at work. As I work in a library I am doing a lot of computer work. I was up in the Flinders Ranges in South Australia and they had an astronomy night. A guy had a telescope set up and we got to look at different constellations etc. My 7 niece loved it though she had to stand on a stool to see.
Joined the 10 tonne challenge run by the Advertiser in Adelaide. They are hoping thousands of people will join up and lose 2 kilos by Christmas.
