I can feel my legs getting stronger! Well…my whole body to be honest :)
Except my legs feel like spaghetti today. I think today with be my “off day.” A 30 minute walk should do me some good though.
I’m sticking to it! I think having 43things to keep track with is really helping me stick to my goals. It’s always good to feel accountable.
I’m sad that I can’t mark this goal as finished yet! I haven’t stuck to it like I wish I had.
This is another goal I am rededicating myself to today! After not being physically active for so long, it’s a slow start… But everyone starts somewhere, right?
Plus – I have to see my exboyfriend in about two weeks and I would love to watch him eat his heart out when he sees me again :)
Probably my hardest goal to date. I’ve failed miserably at this…
But then again, I doubt I really put my heart or mind into this one. HOWEVER, after a night like last night, I realized that I probably really should stop drinking.
So, that being said, I’m going to really try this one out again!
I’m rededicating myself to this goal today.
