I have been working on this all year so far and I have lost over 10 lbs. I stopped dropping weight then I just dropped 1lbs a day for almost a whole week. I’m sure I have jumped back up since I have been going through deppression latley from stress at work and have been snacking when I feel bad… But I am hoping to get a new job soon so that I can be happy again and take more time for myself.
