How I did it
How I did it: I gave up milk first (for cow reasons) which was easy because I'm lactose intolerant. Actually, tho, milk still can sneak in your diet, as long as I have soy, I don't miss it. I use it on cereal, on everything! I don't like meat much, so that part might seem easy, but every once in a while I just CRAVE a hamburger. I have problems with that since I don't want to eat beings. So that goes too. Drinking water helps, too, and is good for you. Read how I did it…
