How I did it: I started out just getting over my self-conciousness and running on a tread mill, but then I got shin splints and so I needed to buy shoes that helped correct my over-pronation and then I was good to go! How I did it: I think losing weight it about changing your entire self. Everything from your routine to just simply what you enjoy. You need to learn to enjoy things besides food and just work hard to eat well and get the energy and inspiration to really push yourself every single day. okayy so I got the hair but totally by accident…I went to get my hair highlighted blonde (nothing funky at work ya kno) so when she took the foils out the ends were sky blue! she and I pretty much freaked and then we realized it was because i used henna like a year ago and apparently it never comes out and so the black had indigo dye in it and my hair still has blue ends…they arent noticeable unless youre in the right light but I think that mission is accomplished!
i just finished and i have episode 1 of season 3 waiting for me!!! AMAZING show! i cant wait to see how it ends!
