hardcore time!
gym 5-6 days a week. 2 hours every time I go. An hour of weight training and an hour of cardio. Super restrictive diet. Low cal, high protein, normal carbs, fibre, etc etc. Highest weight: 185 pounds Current weight: 160 pounds Goal weight: 120 pounds by June 2nd, 2008.
I’ve already been working out pretty steady for the last 2 weeks but it is time to put the diet into place. This is it folks. Time to make BIG changes. No better time than now right? :)
