Not quite sub-20 yet. My last 5k was a 21:40, which I am pretty happy with. I’m really staring to get into a groove with my running, and conquering the sort of “mental blocks” that have been holding me back some. I’m hoping that with another month of training and racing left in the season I can get a solid 19:59! Hahah.

10 days until i move in for cross country preseason. I’m going to try to really put in some good mileage this last week and a half.
I just got back from a first aid and cpr course, so now I am certified! Hopefully I’ll never have to use it, but it’s good to have especially since I work with kids.
