How I did it: World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) is an organization that links volunteers with organic farmers who need help with their work. How I did it: I've always been pretty flexible and able to do this posture (like goofing around in the swimming pool or "walking" on my knees!), but it hadn't occurred to me until recently that I should try meditating in it.
