but i didnt really lose weight yet but that wasnt my goal my goal was 2 be more active which i am! :]

But guess what.. its not going to! Im going to have to learn to stick with something! I think my main problem is probally bordum! Im home 24/7 bc im homeschooled! Im going to get a healthy diet and im going back to school bc when i was in school i was always skinny bc i ate fruit 4 breakfast a sald school for lunch then id have dinner when i came home. When i was in school i was always 105-115 lbs. NEVER got over 115 lbs! Now im like 126 lbs! Until then i need to stay busy and find stuff to do besides sitting on my butt! I had cookies these last 2 days…. alot of cookies…..... omg..
ARG! This is going to work.. hopefully. This is such a long process i should have been done with this 4ever ago! Why is it so hard for me to lose 11 lbs? It seems like alot to me but i know someone who needs to lose 500 lbs so then when i think about that it seems so easy! I need to do this! I want to do this i will do this! I want it more then anything now! I wanna be healthy and fit. Im going to do it…...

Step One- Ask my family to help me no matter how hard it is!

Step two- Work out daily

Step three- Write down EVERYTHING i eat. It will be an eye opener!

Step four- Always remember that quote ’’your one day closer then yesterday’’ bc sometimes i feel like its a never ending process! That quote really helps me
