It’s amazing, when I was trying to lose weight for my wedding, I couldn’t. Now that I called the wedding off, I’ve lost about 4 lbs in two weeks. Hopefully, I’ll lose some more and get to my goal weight so I can at least feel good about myself now that I’m single.

How I did it: After a very painful process, I realized that I would never trust him after a very hurtful incident. I went through counseling and it still didn't take away that scar. I learned that I had to stand up for myself and even though a big, beautiful wedding was something I always wanted, I had to let go of that idea knowing that I would've been making a mistake. I love my ex-fiance and he loves me but without trust, we would've hurt each other so bad. Read how I did it…
I called off the wedding. I couldn’t forgive him for what he did to cause the postponement in January. I had to be the bigger person and realize this before we both made a commitment we’d regret.
You may not understand this one but this was a huge one. I learned to stop being jealous and talk myself out of acting crazy.
