How I did it: Well.. I was a vegetarian initially before becoming a Vegan. Just like when I became a vegetarian I made the transition slowly. So far I’m averaging an A-A+ average in the internal SACS.
The first one I got 34/40 & the second I got 18/20 – so I’ve only really dropped 8 marks placing me top of the class. :D
Working towards it… but I need to get my diet right. Virtually eliminate FATTY foods and get out for that 30 minute run every single night.
I’ve convinced a friend to become my training buddy so this should help keep me motivated, I’m also gonna hit the gym more to work out & get the toning happening.
