the same 20 lbs since i graduated from high school 15 years ago. so i’m gonna do it again, and this time hopefully keep myself under control so that i don’t gain it back.
i’m going to. .
eat less than 1500 calories per day.
do yoga once a week.
lift weights twice a week.
i wonder if i’ll need to do more than that?
you know the biggest crunch is in my alcohol intake. a glass of wine is 150 calories!
