went cold turkey when my sister sent me an email on how soda is evil. relapsed once. i dont even miss it! i was waaay easier than i thought it would be :) the best part is that i dont normally crave it unless i’m eating out.

yep. i used to work out… 4 times outta my whole life!!!
so i wanna work out again… and no not for the fifth time only! regularly to get my flabby thieghs and wobbly arms into a happy state! i want to feel fit and stop breathing hard by the 19th stair! hahahahaha
