How I did it
How I did it: I WOULD DRINK 12 CANS A DAY....AND I WOULD JUSTIFY IT BY SAYING HEY I GAVE UP NICOTENE I CAN'T DO BOTH.....BUT THE CAFFIENE MADE MY HEART SKIP AND THAT IS ENOUGH TO FLIP ME OUT AND MAKE ME QUIT...IT WAS WORTH IT...I STILL ENJOY OCCASIONAL CAFFIENE FREE DIET COKE....SO I AM PROUD OF MYSELF....I CUT IT OUT COLD TURKEY WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT IS WAS DOING TO ME.....NOT WORTH IT...
