How I did it
How I did it: The first thing I did was exercise each day--cardio and weights. Min. of 45 minutes per day on most days. I also watched what I ate, but sometimes gave myself "treats" so I wouldn't be tempted to quit. The biggest thing I did was slow down on my pop consumtion!! Read how I did it…
