It has been a while since I have been on this site and I was shocked that I put this down as one of my goals. I have grown so much in the last year and I thought about deleting this or saying I’m done but I must admit that I am not. I have finally received counseling about the constant patterns and behaviors that were coming up. I made the choice to bottle it all up and keep to to myself because I was scared and ashamed. I was molested and drugged growing up and if I could give any advice to anyone who has been through the same thing I would say… Be gentle with yourself and it’s not your fault. We can’t be a victim the rest of our lives. Seek help from a professional or if those resources aren’t available I could recommend two really good books. Waking the Tiger and The promise of energy psychology. Without love and compassion we won’t see change in the world and ourselves. I am always open to talk. Talking about it is a good step to getting your life back.

I used to live off of sugar and now I don’t crave it as much. I still treat myself to things but I try not to eat sweets everyday. I have alot of organic shops close to me so I try to grocery shop there. Im learning to treat myself better and I deserve a pat on the back. I never really felt like I deserved anything but I am starting to realize I do. I know this is off the topic of being healthy but this I haven’t been this happy in a while. I do think food contributes to that though. It has changed my energy level and immune system. I just have to keep telling myself to keep it up
It has been very very hard to save money with the way the economy has been. The natural disasters are out of control, which eventually leads to higher food prices. Many many people are struggling and I feel remorse for those in the nation who were already needy to begin with.
These days I do my hardest to not drive very far or do the thing I love the most… SHOP. I refuse to be with the majority that are in debt. Right now I don’t get to be doing all the things I want to but I have to keep telling myself I eventually will. Hopefully five, ten years from now I will have more things checked of my 43 things. I will have a smile on my face because I have a happpy healthy life, goals and dreams checked off that I have accomplished, and I good credit score.
