before bed, doing stretches is the best. i had such a good yoga sesh last night and this morning i feel great!!

Ride my bike 1/4 of the way to work everyday

well im working my way up, the weather hasn’t been the greatest for this.. (snow yesterday morning) but i’ve been out and about starting to bike more and more. so good start for my legs hahah!

Minimally wear makeup for a month straight
Clean my body!

I’m such a hippie.. anyways, I’m doing a total body cleanse. I am cutting down on drinking, smoking herbs and cigarettes. I’m taking detox pills for my body, while drinking a ton of water daily! The last step i figured to detox my life completely, was to stop wearing makeup. This is hard for me. I’m a makeup freak… I love lipsticks, fake lashes, eyeshadows and liners. the whole deal. Its been a week and a half, of me not wearing makeup. Nobody has really noticed. Cool!! Daily all I have been wearing is, a bit of blush, bit of mascara. Usually I wear,depending upon the day and outfit, bit of concealor, powder, blush, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil, lipstick and lip liner. SO yes. good goal!!!!!natural beauty is where its at!!
