I haven’t made much progress, but I can now do 17 which is better than 16. Hope that this change happens frequently and I can make it up to 25.

I love this website, because I feel like people are cheering for me when I do difficult things its great moral support. Today I ran 2 miles straight.I have not timed myself running yet, because I want to actually wait till I can run a longer distance in any time frame, then I will time myself. Tomorrow I will take a day of rest and hopefully get out on Friday and try for three miles.
I’ve kept journals and notebooks since I was young, and I used to write everyday or almost everyday. Now as I’ve gotten older I’ve had to cram much more into my life and writing is pushed out. What I want to do is practice my writing everyday and eventually start writing essays for contests. I love writing probably because I’ve been reading since I was young and chose writing as the easiest way to express myself.
I’m a creative person and have been told this before.I play music and write, as well as sculpt metal, but I have always wanted to visually create with paints and color or photo. Summer is approaching and I live on a college campus so I think it would be great for me to actually take an art class to help me gain some basic fundamentals.
I have a bad habit of going into something full bore and then after a few weeks, stopping completely! I just started running again yesterday after a few months of downtime (which I think was great for my tendonitus, but was unintentional).I did only one mile around the local track and walked for a few more miles. Today was a little better because I walked to warm up before stretching then ran a mile. After the first mile I walked a bit, then ran another. This week hopefully I can do two miles non-stop.My knee didnt even hurt at all…Knock on wood.
I used to meditate everyday, and my life become full of harmony and I was a much happier person…I havent for like a year and im so grumpy all the time.
i just got the iron gym and its a little easier on my hands than the paint booth hook at work. I can do 16 but cant seem to make it farther,but I’m working at it everyday.
I don’t actually like running, but after I feel amazing! it helps me sleep better and have more energy for work, and sports and activities I want to do!
The chillest concert I’ve been to.They played alot of old as well as the new “In Rainbows” stuff. Sweet light show too!
I try to smile and say hi to everyone I make eye contact with.Some people don’t smile back or say anything but I think it makes the world a little better.
I’ve loved Spicy food my entire life and a few years ago fell in love with Indian food. Every chance I get try some new curry dish(I also love Thai food).I just bought an Indian cookbook and when I get the time and money to buy some extra groceries I will try to prepare a fine meal for me and my girlfreind and maybe a few of our freinds.
I used to write alot of poetry, and always wanted to write a book of poems.I will try to write more and even compile some old ones to hopefully put a book together in the near future, however bad it may be to other people hehe.
I’ve recently read alot about people going and living off the grid, using solar and wind power growing thier own food and be pretty much self sustaining. i want to take a leave of abscence from my job and go live in the wilderness for a while alone or with freinds for this positive zen experience.
I live in Massachusets and recently went to Hawaii and learned how to surf.I fell in love with it but I dont have much skill or a board. I loved the adrenaline and the shoulder exercise…and the beach! Summer is coming and i have a new truck and some cash saved up for a board and wet suit.I hope its worth the effortin New england.
