I am currently reading a book called ‘In search of happiness- Understanding an endangered state of mind.’ It is really an amazing book. It’s about how happiness has changed over the decades. It goes into pre-historic people about their happiness, how the term ‘happiness’ has even changed. We are all surrounded by happy faces from walmart logo, happy face boxers, Happy meals, happy therapy… the list goes on and on. Depression and aniexty are a rising problem but on the outside we all look so happy. This book just goes into things that we think about. I cant give it all away, but i recommend it.

I recommend New Zealand to anyone and everyone. I had one of my best years there. The people are amazing, the culture speaks for itself, just the scenery can make you forget all your troubles.
I got a flat in christchurch ( south island is where its at) and worked at kmart! lol It was amazing the people were all so warming to me, ( m accent helped a bit) the musc scene was so much fun, the stories could go on and on. but you will have to go and see for your self how great this lil island is
