How I did it: I booked flights as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, Tom. We flew out with Ryanair in January so we got a really good deal. The hotel was found on the net and was really good value too. I recommend ordering the breakfast when you stay as it filled us up for the whole morning and meant that we didn't have to buy much food during the day.
