I made a birthday cake this weekend for my friend and everyone who tried a piece was asking who made this cake and saying how amazingly good it was. My friend must have thanked me like 20 times for making a SPECTACULAR birthday cake for his birthday lol. I must say though, it was pretty awesome. It was done all the way but still very moist and it was yellow swirled with chocolate cake and milk chocolate frosting… yum!!

I’ve only done this once and it was because I was dreaming a really good dream and my own giggling woke me up. :)
I lived in Zacatecas for a month. Then I went back for spring break. I miss it now that I’m not there. Wonderful people, adorable greetings with the kisses, guys with great manners, Spanish speaking at it’s fullest.. incredible, life-changing memories there…
