I started the held breath sessions back in March and did an hour a day for ten days, then had to discontinue beacuse I’d got posted elsewhere. It was pretty energizing and got a couple of raises for excellent performance in the few months since, so maybe it worked. Now I’m back at it again starting tomorrow. This time I’m going to swim underwater instead of staying fully immersed.
