ridiculously LOW GPA on way too many hours! I don’t even know if it’s possible for me to graduate with a 3.25 (minimum Honors College requirement), but I will sure as hell put everything I have into this!

... and the management could use some suggestions—many of which i have already drawn up. i’m still a trainee though, so i need to gain some ground before i mention anything. in the meantime, i am passing off my suggestions to an experienced coworker who can bring this to the owner’s attention. efficiency is great, but NOT at the cost of public image or customer satisfaction.
one of these days, i will have to buy the place out and show him how it’s done!
