... and the management could use some suggestions—many of which i have already drawn up. i’m still a trainee though, so i need to gain some ground before i mention anything. in the meantime, i am passing off my suggestions to an experienced coworker who can bring this to the owner’s attention. efficiency is great, but NOT at the cost of public image or customer satisfaction.
one of these days, i will have to buy the place out and show him how it’s done!

I can’t do this until I move out of my parents’ house, but it’s definitely a goal of mine. It’s a MUCH nicer choice in my book than supporting puppy mills by purchasing a dog at the pet store… I want an Italian Greyhound, but even if that doesn’t work out, I love all kinds of dogs so it won’t matter :)
