Find a good program…check.
I’ve ordered it and it’s on the way, with an expected arrival date of sometime next week.
It’s a pretty good program. I had an older version of it, and worked it a few years back. It’s since been lost with mulitple moves, but I’m determined to have clear vision without glasses without surgery.
So.
My current “eyesight” is O.D.-3.25/O.S.-3.50 (I mean, can you really call that seeing anything?), and I’m setting another appointment for March, so we’ll see what can happen in eight weeks.
Yes we will.

Just turned in my last assignment for my F06 class, and the grade is…A. At least, according to the grade scale.
Yay!
Oh, and as an addendum to the last entry, I ended up dropping every class but one – I just can’t seem to handle all the class work required of more than one class and 40 hours of day job to boot – so, I think I’d rather do well than graduate in a hurry. Although, I wouldn’t MIND graduating in a hurry, just not at the expense of my grades.
sigh

Well, since I’ve accomplished nothing (and I do mean NOTHING) since the last entry, it’s time to reassess, and mitigate the damage. I’ve actually gained two pounds, which, considering the things I’ve eaten (everything) and the exercise regimen I’ve had (exercise?), is a good sign, I suppose.
So today I start the South Beach diet…again.
I’ve done it before, and it does work, especially the first two weeks. Why don’t I stay on it, you ask? Fine question – when you figure that out, please let me know. Once you get past the first phase, it’s really rather a normal healthy way of eating. The restrictions are sensible, so it’s the first two weeks that will be the problem.
sigh
There’s nothing more motivating that sitting around in your own rolls, dammit.
