did this today. quads are killing me but that might have something to do with all those lunges and squats i did yesterday. meh.



stop using an alarm clock

waking up to a blaring alarm can be very stressful so i’ve originally switched to just my cell phone vibrating.

lately i haven’t even needed that. so i’m going to try and keep my internal clock a’tickin’ so i never need an alarm again.



lose 5lbs by the end of january
